Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unopened and unused

To initiate a return, email us at order@zeemorganics.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.

Note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Delayed shipping (unless unreasonable)
